We’re looking for a Mercy Kids Director to lead the operations and volunteer culture of our kids ministry. This role focuses on building strong volunteer teams, creating smooth and joyful Sunday experiences, and overseeing our Early Childhood environments (Infant–Kindergarten) with excellence. This is a part-time position (25 hours/week) with Sunday presence required and flexible weekday hours.
