Anna Dobbs
Center Director
Anna Dobbs serves as the Center Director of Mercy Road Academy, where she leads with both professional excellence and a deep passion for nurturing children in a Christ-centered environment. With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education, she brings a heart for developing young minds and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered space where every child can thrive.
Before joining Mercy Road Academy, Mrs. Dobbs has experience as a Director and Lead Teacher in childcare facilities in Madison County and has worked with children ages 6 weeks to 13 years old. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) and continues to pursue ongoing training through Indiana’s Paths to QUALITY™ program.
At the heart of Mrs. Dobbs' leadership is a passion to see children learning and experiencing Christ in their own lives as God works in their families and communities. She is also dedicated to maintaining high standards of care and development.
When she isn’t serving at the center, you can find Mrs. Dobbs spending time with her husband and two adult children as well as their three dogs. They spend quite a bit of time outside in nature and camping.
